Clovib

Schevib · Our own product

The best proof we have is a product we run every day.

A lawn-care crew was running their week off a spreadsheet. We built the thing that replaced it, and we still run it today. Live since July 2026.

01The product we run

Schevib — schevib.com

Schevib is weekly scheduling for field service teams — the lawn-care, gardening and cleaning crews who go back to the same sites week after week. We planned it, designed it, wrote it and set up the infrastructure. It runs on AWS, and we look after it ourselves.

Today — what a crew sees on their phone, out on site.

What it does

  • Today — the day's jobs, on a phone
  • Week board — the whole week in one view
  • Sites — the list, and where each one sits on a map
  • Team — who works, and what they can see
  • Work history — what was done, and when

What we built

  • The marketing site at schevib.com
  • The app the crews work in
  • Sign-up, plans and billing
  • The AWS infrastructure underneath it

How it runs

On AWS, operated by us. Deploys, backups, monitoring and the support inbox have been ours every day since it went live.

Our role

Product planning, design, front end, back end, infrastructure, and the day-to-day running of it. No part of it was outsourced, and no part of it was handed off.
